The BBMRI-ERIC Central Office team (CO) is the administrative and organisational backbone of BBMRI-ERIC. It serves as a central contact point for employees, management, scientific departments and external stakeholders. We connect people, processes and information to ensure the infrastructure functions seamlessly across all levels.
What we do
CO coordinates the day-to-day operations of BBMRI-ERIC’s Headquarters and supports the implementation of projects across the infrastructure. It ensures smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholder groups, prepares reports and analyses for governing bodies and management, and contributes to the development of internal policies.
The team also leads the organisation of conferences, workshops and congresses, providing professional event management and essential administrative services, including travel coordination, invoice control and expense processing. These core activities contribute to efficient operations and a lean organisational structure.
