The Finance, Project Management (PM) and Human Resources (HR) Department is an interdisciplinary team that supports the organisation’s mission from the ground up. Our experts work closely together to ensure that BBMRI-ERIC’s scientific and collaborative ambitions have the structure, stability and people they need to succeed.
We see ourselves as facilitators: the connectors between strategy and daily operations, between visionary research ideas and the practical steps required to bring them to life. By combining administrative precision with an understanding of the research environment, we help create a reliable and supportive framework for the entire BBMRI-ERIC community.
What we do
We are the team that keeps BBMRI-ERIC running smoothly in all administrative, financial and HR related matters by aligning available and required resources, ensuring financial stability and guiding projects towards successful implementation. This relates to the core activities and the EC projects, BBMRI is engaged in, alike. Whether BBMRI-ERIC is acting as the project’s main coordinator or contributing as a project partner, we help keep activities on track, requirements fulfilled, and partners well supported—so that scientific teams can focus on advancing Life Sciences and Health research. We bring international talent on board, help it thrive and grow, while keeping everything aligned with labor laws and our values. In doing so, we foster trust, empower individuals, and cultivate a motivated, diverse workforce that ensures sustainable success.
